The organization also conducts extensive work with private landowners who comprise over 70 percent of the state’s total forest ownership base. The Forum will be held in Hearing Room 8E-A of the East Wing Capitol Building starting at noon. Sen. Scott Hutchinson (R-Venango) serves as Chair of the Joint Committee.
