The Department of Environmental Protection Monday posted the 335-page draft Pipeline Task Force Report for a 30 day public comment period, according to Neil Shader, DEP Press Secretary. There are no instructions yet on how to submit comments and it is not posted in DEP’s eComment or the new Pipeline Infrastructure Task Force webpages. DEP Secretary John Quigley told a press conference Wednesday draft recommendations by the Pipeline Infrastructure Task Force would be made available Friday to begin a 60 day public comment process. As of the close of business Friday, there was no announcement of the draft report and no new information was posted on the Task Force webpage. Keep checking the Pipeline Infrastructure Task Force webpage in case it is posted in the next few days. Be sure to use the new link to the Task Force webpage because it moved with the DEP website design change.
