The following bills of interest saw action this week in the House and Senate--

House

Stormwater Fees: House Bill 1394 (Mustio-R-Allegheny) authorizing the imposition of stormwater fees by Boroughs, House Bill 1325 (Mustio-R-Allegheny) authorizing the imposition of stormwater fees by townships of second class were removed from the Table, changed with a technical amendment on the Floor and were then referred to the House Appropriations Committee.
