The following bills were given final approval by the Senate and House and are now on the Governor's desk for action--

CAC Executive Director: House Bill 941 (Regan-R-Cumberland), which amends the Administrative Code, includes a provision allowing DEP’s Citizens Advisory Council to independently hire its own Executive Director and makes the Secretary of DEP an ex officio member of the Council.  A Senate Fiscal Note and summary is available.  The bill was signed into law as Act 7.
