Clean and Green Harrisburg and Keep Harrisburg/Dauphin County Beautiful are holding the 4th Annual Great Harrisburg Litter Cleanup on April 16 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
This annual cleanup is a day for community members to join forces and remove trash and litter off the city’s streets, alleys, and public spaces.
Last year, 327 volunteers registered and picked up and disposed of 16 tons waste, 3,000 pounds of electronics were recycled at the Dauphin County Recycling Center and removed 665 tires.
