Farm Show to Feature Special Renewable Fuels Display – January 7-14
|
Home grown energy sources from ethanol, soy-based biodiesel to corn-fired stoves will be on display at a special Pennsylvania Energy Harvest display area during the 90th Pennsylvania Farm Show January 7-14 in Harrisburg. Pennsylvania Agriculture is not only comprised of production agriculture and related value added agribusinesses, but is also made up of those products that can serve to provide alternative energies to sustain Pennsylvania’s vibrant economy. This display will give visitors the opportunity to interact with individuals and companies who have developed or are in the process of developing sources or processes in this new and exciting field of renewable agricultural energy. The inaugural meeting of the Governor’s Renewable Agricultural Energy Council will be held January 3, ahead of the Farm Show, to lay out a work plan and goals for 2006. |
