DEP Mining & Reclamation Advisory Board Meets April 25 On Permit Fee Increases

DEP’s Mining and Reclamation Advisory Board is scheduled to meet on April 25 to discuss proposed increases in coal mining permit fees to offset expected shortfalls in state General Fund appropriations to DEP and revenue from the existing permit fees.  (formal notice)

The April 25 meeting will be held in Room 105 Rachel Carson Building starting at 10:00.
