PUC Invites Comments On Combined Heat And Power Policy Statement

The Public Utility Commission published notice of an opportunity to comment on a proposed policy statement on Combined Heat and Power in the April 16 PA Bulletin. The proposed policy statement establishes a biennial reporting requirement for electric and natural gas distribution companies regarding their efforts to eliminate obstacles to the development of combined heat and power projects in Pennsylvania.
