PUC Invites Comments On Combined Heat And Power Policy Statement

The Public Utility Commission published notice of an opportunity to comment on a proposed policy statement on Combined Heat and Power in the April 16 PA Bulletin. 

The proposed policy statement establishes a biennial reporting requirement for electric and natural gas distribution companies regarding their efforts to eliminate obstacles to the development of combined heat and power projects in Pennsylvania.

The deadline for comments is May 31.
