The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the May 14 PA Bulletin proposing to issue federal Clean Water Act certification for the PennEast Pipeline running through Bucks, Carbon and Luzerne counties (PA Bulletin, page 2450). DEP is accepting public comments on the proposed certification until June 13.
