The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the May 21 PA Bulletin (page 2617) seeking public comments on the proposed water quality certification for the 34.4 mile UGI Sunbury Pipeline Project running from Lycoming to Snyder county.  Comments are due June 19.

The DEP published notice in the May 21 PA Bulletin seeking public comments on a federal consistency determination for the PA State Programmatic General Permit 5 (PASPGP-5).  Comments are due June 6.

DEP published notice in the May 21 PA Bulletin on a federal consistency determination for maintenance dredging at Shades Beach Launch Ramp in Erie County.  Comments are due June 6.

DEP published notice in the May 21 PA Bulletin rescinding technical guidance related to noncoal underground mine permit applications because it was replaced with a new application package.

The Department of Human Services published notice in the May 21 PA Bulletin of the proposed Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program and scheduled of public hearings.

The Commonwealth Financing Authority published a notice requesting statements of qualifications from law firms interested in providing bond counsel and related legal services in the May 21 PA Bulletin.
