Natural Gas Severance Tax: House Bill 2103 (Sturla-D-Lancaster) providing for a natural gas severance tax (sponsor summary). Drilling Waste Reporting: Senate Bill 1273 (Vogel-R-Beaver) would require unconventional oil and gas well drillers to submit a waste report to DEP every 6 months, DEP currently requires drillers to file waste report monthly (sponsor summary).
