Technical Guidance & Permits

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the June 4 PA Bulletin of a revised organizational chart for the agency.

DEP also published a notice of availability of NPDES General Permit for Stormwater Discharges from Small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (PAG-13) in the June 4 PA Bulletin.

The Public Utility Commission published notice in the June 4 PA Bulletin inviting public comments on whether to provide a 3-year waiver of the instant connect requirement for electric distribution companies.

The PUC published notice in the June 4 PA Bulletin of a request by PECO Energy Company to established a microgrid pilot project in Concord Township, Delaware County.
