Increasing Number Of Deer: House Bill 2083 (Maloney-R-Berks) adopting state policies to increase the number of white tail deer (sponsor summary). Performance-Based Budgeting: Senate Bill 1341 (Mensch-R-Montgomery) requiring state agency to justify their budgets from dollar one in a performance-based budget program reviewed by a new independent board and the Independent Fiscal Office (sponsor summary).
