Cameron Conservation District Holds Composting Workshop Aug. 9 At County Fair

The Cameron County Conservation District will hold a Composting Workshop on August 9 at 6:00 p.m. at the Cameron County Fair Grounds, 1043 Rich Valley Road, Emporium. 

Whether you’re new to composting or have been doing it for years, Conservation District Chairman and instructor for the evening, Mark Johnson, will help you turn your everyday garbage into “Black Gold.” 

Registration is required at a cost of $20.00/per person and will include a composting barrel to take home.
