Capital Region Water is seeking significant engagement from the Harrisburg community to drive this program which is required under a federal consent decree and expected to cost over $100 million over the next twenty years. “This is our community’s plan. Your plan for today and for future generations,” said CEO Shannon Williams. “We want you to tell us what you need in your neighborhood. Our job is to see how we can meet those needs through community greening projects.” (Photo: What 15th and Hunter could look like through community greening.)
