The nonprofit Energy Coordinating Agency in Philadelphia will hold its annual Sustainable Energy Conference on November 17 at the Temple University Student Faculty Center, 3340 North Broad Street in Philadelphia.

This year’s theme is “Connect The Dots Now For A Self-Sufficient Energy Future.”

Climate change is here. To survive, we must focus on managing the effects of climate change, while we prepare for more devastating weather.

This Conference will help us connect the dots between policy and action -- between climate change and poverty -- between energy efficiency and our survival.

The Conference features an introduction by Philadelphia Mayor Jim Kenney and remarks by DEP Acting Secretary Patrick McDonnell, Kathy Mandarino, Secretary for Labor & Industry, Paul Bonney from PECO and many others.
