Technical Guidance & Permits

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the September 3 PA Bulletin announcing the availability of the draft Fiscal-Year Report for the Reclamation Fee O & M Trust Account for public comment.  Comments are due October 3.  A copy of the report is available and comments may be submitted through DEP’s eComment webpage.

DEP and the PA Infrastructure Investment Authority published notice in the September 3 PA Bulletin of its review of the environmental assessments for PennVEST funding projects in Allegheny, Bedford, Cambria, Centre, Erie and Sullivan counties for public comment.  Comments are due October 3.  Comments may be submitted through DEP’s eComment webpage.
