EQB Meets Sept. 20 To Consider Proposed New Chloride, Ammonia Standards

The Environmental Quality Board meets September 20 to consider new standards for ammonia and an aquatic life criterion for chloride as part of a package of proposed water quality standards changes considered every three years.

The EQB will also consider revisions to DEP’s Water Quality Toxics Management Strategy Policy.

The meeting will be held in Room 105 Rachel Carson Building in Harrisburg starting at 9:00 a.m.
