Williams Asks DEP WQ Certification For 164 Pipeline Segments In Susquehanna County

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the September 10 PA Bulletin of a request for Section 401 Water Quality Certification by Williams Field Services Company for 164 pipeline segments in Susquehanna County (PA Bulletin, page 5833).

The project will result in 5,809 feet or 27,599 square feet of temporary stream impacts and impacts and additional impacts to wetlands.  The company will provide 8.89 acres of wetland mitigation.
