Abstracts will now being accepted until September 28 for the 11th Susquehanna River Symposium, "A Tale of Two Rivers: The Susquehanna and the Delaware," to be held November 11 and 12 at the Elaine Langone Center on the campus of Bucknell University in Lewisburg, Union County.

Abstracts are being sought for oral presentations and posters covering a wide range of projects and research topics.  All interested parties, including faculty, students, professionals, and regulators, are invited to present.

The symposium brings together academics, consultants, state, federal, and regional agencies, conservation groups, and the public to discuss ongoing scientific research and innovative projects, to share ideas, and to increase awareness of watershed health, management and sustainability issues facing the Susquehanna and Delaware today.

In addition to display booths and exhibits from watershed groups, conservation organizations, and state and federal agencies, the symposium also features scientific research posters from over 150 students, faculty, and professionals working throughout these regions.
