Willow Grove Water Contamination: House Bill 2302 (Watson-R-Bucks) establishing the Drinking Water Contamination Mitigation Act authorizing PennVEST to use its funding to install water infrastructure to deal with the Willow Grove water contamination issue.

Committee Disapproval Of Regulations: House Bill 2355 (Moul-R-Adams) amend the Regulatory Review Act to authorized either a House or Senate committees to vote to bar an agency from promulgating a final regulation without a vote of the full House and Senate on the issue (sponsor summary).

Turnpike Rights-Of-Way For Pipelines: House Bill 2361 (Petri-R-Bucks) authorizing the use of Turnpike rights-of-way for pipelines (sponsor summary).
