The following bills of interest were introduced this week--

Local Clean Energy Financing: House Bill 2380 (Galloway-D-Bucks) establishing the local Property Assessed Clean Energy Program to fund clean energy projects locally (sponsor summary).

Automatic Approval Of DEP Permits: House Bill 2387 (Zimmerman-R-Lancaster) Requires any erosion and sedimentation permit application submitted by a licensed engineer, licensed under the Engineer, Land Surveyor and Geologist Registration Law shall be approved by DEP or a county conservation district within 20 days of receipt whether or not it meets environmental requirements of Chapter 102 (sponsor summary).
