The Executive Board published notice in the October 15 PA Bulletin of a revised organizational structure for the Department of Environmental Protection (PA Bulletin page 6540)

The Fish and Boat Commission published notices in the October 15 PA Bulletin of additions to the list of Class A Wild Trout Streams and additions and revisions to the list of Wild Trout Streams.

DEP also published notice in the October 15 PA Bulletin of changes to the list of companies certified to perform radon-related activities (PA Bulletin page 6579).
