4-Part Green Stormwater Infrastructure Webinar Series Starts Oct. 27

The Delaware Valley Green Building Council and the Philadelphia Sustainable Business Network will host a 4-part Green Stormwater Infrastructure webinar series starting October 27.  The webinars will be held--

-- October 27: Soil Performance In Green Stormwater Infrastructure Part I: Noon to 12:50;

-- November 10: Soil Performance In Green Stormwater Infrastructure Part II: Noon to 1:10;

-- November 21: Plant Performance In Green Stormwater Infrastructure Part I: Noon to 1:00;

-- December 7: Plant Performance In Green Stormwater Infrastructure Part II: Noon to 1:00.

This webinar series is happening during the release of a precedent library of exemplary GSI designs, systems, and approaches that will be used as a tool to help inform the approval of additional vegetated and innovative stormwater management projects in Philadelphia, and as a resource for industry professionals and other stakeholders to help increase the collective understanding of the dynamic capacity of GSI.

The precedent library is being developed for the Sustainable Business Network's GSI Partners in conjunction with DVGBC, and a consultant team consisting of Meliora Design, Andropogon Associates, Roofmeadow, and SITEGreen Solutions, with support from Joyce Lee of IndigoJLD.
