The City of Philadelphia published notice in the October 22 PA Bulletin of a proposed revision to the State Air Quality Implementation Plan proposing a 15 ppm sulfur standard for commercial fuel oil.  Comments are due November 22.   DEP has a statewide standard of 500 ppm of sulfur.

The Environmental Quality Board published notice in the October 22 PA Bulletin of final regulations setting VOC emission standards for automobile and light-duty truck coating operations (PA Bulletin page 6743); published notice of final VOC emissions standards for metal parts coating, plastic parts coating and pleasure craft surface coatings operations (PA Bulletin page 6758); and published notice of final regulations amending the coal remining requirements (PA Bulletin page 6780).
