The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is now accepting applications for its 2017 Brownfield Assessment and Cleanup Grants.  Applications are due December 20.

These grants may be used to address sites contaminated by petroleum and hazardous substances, pollutants, or contaminants (including hazardous substances co-mingled with petroleum

Applicants can apply for up to $200,000 per brownfield site and can submit up to three separate, site-specific cleanup proposals.
