No new regulations were published this week.  Pennsylvania Bulletin - November 26, 2016

The Public Utility Commission published notice in the November 26 PA Bulletin that due to mechanical errors the official hard copy of the November 19, 2016 PA Bulletin left out three pages of its Order relating to implementation of net metering and other requirements of the Alternative Energy Portfolio Standards (PA Bulletin page 7277).

Technical Guidance & Permits

The PA Infrastructure Investment Authority published notice in the November 26 PA Bulletin seeking public comments on projects it intends to consider funding at the January 25 Authority meeting after a finding of no significant adverse environmental impact. The projects are in Erie, Lawrence, McKean, Westmoreland (3) counties.  Comments are due December 26.
