On December 14 DEP’s Citizens Advisory Council and Environmental Justice Advisory Board will hold a joint meeting to discuss the agency’s public engagement and public outreach policies and initiatives and moderated by Acting DEP Secretary Patrick McDonnell.

-- Update On DEP Brownfields Program

-- Update On Act 13 Drilling Law Robinson Twp. v. Commonwealth Court Decision

-- Discussion Of The Volkswagen Vehicle Mileage Settlement With EPA

Acting DEP Secretary McDonnell will also provide an update on agency activities.  His update is in addition to the written Monthly Report for December submitted to the Council for their information.
