DEP Invites Comments On Water Quality Cert. For Leach Xpress Pipeline, Greene County

The Department of Environmental Protection published a notice in the December 17 PA Bulletin announcing it has approved the proposed Water Quality Certification for the proposed Columbia Pipeline Group Leach Xpress Pipeline Project in Richhill township, Greene County (page 7892). Approximately 1.74 miles of the 160.67 mile, 36-inch Leach Xpress Natural Gas Pipeline Project is in Pennsylvania in Greene County. DEP is accepting comments on the proposed Certification until January 16.
