The Department of Conservation and Natural Resources is seeking public comments on a proposed land exchange in Porter Township, Pike County, involving 8 acres of land going to DCNR and 4 acres of land going to the township so the township can own the land on which a municipal building is located (December 24 PA Bulletin).

The Governor’s Office formally published Executive Order 2016-8 rescinding obsolete Executive Orders in the December 24 PA Bulletin.
