The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the January 14 PA Bulletin inviting public comments on a proposed revision to the West Branch Schuylkill River TMDL (Total Maximum Daily Load) Plan (page 267).

DEP said the revision was needed because “newer data and more accurately represent the current permitting activity in the watershed” was available.

Comments are due February 16.
