Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) Program: Senate Bill 234 (Blake-D-Lackawanna) would establish Pennsylvania’s Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) Program (sponsor summary).

Storage Tank Indemnification Board: House Bill 290 (Metzgar-R-Bedford) changing the members of the Underground Storage Tank Indemnification Board to include legislative appointments.
