The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission approved the third major natural gas pipeline in the last week— the Energy Transfer Partners LP’s Rover Pipeline from Pennsylvania to Ontario-- on February 3.
The other two pipeline projects were the Atlantic Sunrise Pipeline connecting Pennsylvania to Southeastern states and the Empire Pipeline from McKean County to New York
ETP said it expected to put the first phase of the $4.2 billion project online during the second quarter of 2017 and the remainder during the fourth quarter.
