Note: DEP published 74 pages of public notices related to proposed and final permit and approval/disapproval actions in the February 11 PA Bulletin - pages 838 to 912-- 75 percent of the PA Bulletin.  This brings the total for 2017 to 320 pages.

The Fish and Boat Commission published notice in the February 11 PA Bulletin of additions to the list of Class A Wild Trout Waters and changes/additions to classification of Wild Trout Streams.

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the February 11 PA Bulletin of actions under the Nutrient Credit Trading Program involving EnergyWorks, Gettysburg.

DEP’s State Board for Certification of Sewage Enforcement Officers published notice in the February 11 PA Bulletin of the examination schedule for 2017.

DEP published notice in the February 11 PA Bulletin of changes to the list of companies certified to perform radon-related activities (page 907).

The PA Housing Finance Agency published notice in the February 11 PA Bulletin of the proposed Affordable Housing Fund (PHARE) Program in 2017 funded in part with Act 13 drilling impact fees.
