Growing Greener Without Funding: House Bill 503 (Charlton-R-Delaware)  expands the Growing Greener Program, without a source for funding or focus, to support 26 different programs (sponsor summary).

Gas Royalties Bill: House Bill 557 (Everett-R-Lycoming) addressing oil and gas royalties (sponsor summary).

World Water Day: House Resolution 89 (McClinton-D-Delaware) recognizing March 22 as World Water Day in Pennsylvania (sponsor summary).

Exempting Farmers Stream Permits: Senate Bill 371 (Brooks-R-Crawford) exempting farmers from need to get permission to clear debris from streams on their property under the Dam Safety and Encroachments Act (sponsor summary).
