“Since our inception in 1990, over 126 million pounds of trash has been removed from our landscape and over 4 million pounds of electronics have been recycled!” said Shannon Reiter, President of Keep Pennsylvania Beautiful.  “Countless communities have been improved because of the dedicated service of volunteers who participate in our programs, such as the Great American Cleanup of PA, International Coastal Cleanup and our adoption program for local roads and areas.”

The mission of Keep Pennsylvania Beautiful is empowering Pennsylvanians to keep our communities clean and beautiful.

The organization has committed county or municipal based affiliates serving 37 counties across the state that work closely with program partners, local governments, like-minded organizations and volunteers to coordinate initiatives in their three program areas of Prevent It, Clean It and Keep It.
