Repeal MS4 Stormwater Program: House Resolution 207 (Moul-R-Adams) urges Congress to repeal the MS4 stormwater pollution prevention program (sponsor summary).

Automatic Approval Of Oil & Gas E&S Permits Whether or Not They Meet Regulations: Senate Bill 402 (Bartolotta-R-Fayette) providing for automatic approval of DEP erosion and sedimentation permits for oil and gas drilling operations whether or not they meet environmental standards (sponsor summary).  [This bill is similar to House Bill 588 (Zimmerman-R- Lancaster).]

Alternative Energy Portfolio Standards: Senate Bill 404 (Scavello-R-Monroe) requiring solar energy credits under the Alternative Energy Portfolio Standards to be generated in Pennsylvania (sponsor summary).

Requiring Riparian Buffers: Senate Bill 416 (Rafferty-R-Montgomery) establishing a 100 foot riparian buffer on each site of a stream and a minimum 300 foot buffer around streams designated as High Quality or Exceptional Value (sponsor summary).

Increasing Penalties For Littering: Senate Bill 431 (Scavello-R-Monroe) increasing penalties for littering (sponsor summary).
