No similar exemptions in the federal. Rollback DEP Drilling Reg Waste Reporting: Senate Bill 486 (Vogel-R-Beaver) rolling back DEP’s Chapter 78A drilling regulations to report waste generated every 6 months rather than monthly (sponsor summary). Requiring 2nd DEP Permit Tracking System: Senate Bill 487 (Vogel-R-Beaver) requiring DEP to adopt develop a second online permit status reporting when DEP already has the eFACTS program (sponsor summary). Regulating Class 1 Gathering Pipelines: Senate Bill 488 (Baker-R-Luzerne) authorizing the PUC to regulate Class 1 unconventional natural gas gathering pipelines (sponsor summary).
