Lawmakers To Announce Formation Of Nuclear Energy Caucus March 14

Senators Ryan Aument (R-Lancaster) and John Yudichak (D-Luzerne) along with Representatives Becky Corbin (R-Chester) and Rob Matzie (D-Allegheny) will hold a news conference March 14 regarding the formation of a bipartisan, bicameral caucus focusing on Pennsylvania’s nuclear energy resources. The Senators and Representatives plan to discuss the value of the nuclear power sector to Pennsylvania’s overall energy economy, as well as the environmental attributes and benefits derived from nuclear energy sources. They will also outline the broad goals of the caucus. The press conference will be held in the Capitol Media Center in Harrisburg starting at 9:30.
