Celebrate our unique Upper Delaware River region with the Delaware Highlands Conservancy at the 10th annual Foods of the Delaware Highlands Gala on May 6 at 5:30 p.m.

This popular event, held at Silver Birches Waterfront in Hawley, Pike County, features a four-course farm-to-table dinner and wine tasting followed by an exciting live auction.

The evening begins with a wine tasting and silent auction at 5:30 p.m., with dinner at 7:00 p.m. The live auction and raffle cap the celebration during dessert. Gala tickets are $140 per person, which includes a $75 charitable gift to the Conservancy. Delicious gourmet cuisine will be prepared using locally grown ingredients.

The Conservancy’s Foods of the Delaware Highlands Gala Dinner Committee is delighted to be supported by honorary chair Gary Beilman, President and CEO of the Dime Bank. Dinner committee members include Tamara Chant, Jeanne Genzlinger, Kate Hayes, Nancy Kiesendahl Bloch, Amy Litzenberger, Karen Lutz, and Mary Sue Price.

Live and silent auctions and raffles offer exciting selections, including a relaxing stay at the Lodge at Woodloch; a day of guided fly fishing at the Blooming Grove Hunting and Fishing Club; and a private dinner party for ten on the stargazer deck at Ledges Hotel.

Visit the Delaware Highlands Conservancy website in early April to view our full slate of auction items.  If you are unable to attend the dinner, but would still like to bid on an auction item, please email the Conservancy at: info@delawarehighlands.org or call 570-226-3164 to make arrangements.

Sincere thanks to generous dinner sponsors: James Asselstine and Bette Davis, The Dime Bank, Grant and Jeanne Genzlinger, Kate and Doug Hayes, Star Hesse and Mike Lovelace, Peter and Marsha Comstock (The Homestead School), Nancy Kiesendahl Bloch, Richard and Rebecca Lindsey, the Litzenberger Family Foundation, Karen and Charles Lutz, Buck and Mav Moorhead, Frances and Marvin Naftal, Leonard Robinson (NJY Camps), Jeff Rosalsky and Gail Shuttleworth, Brenda and Sam Ruello, George Stone, the Sullivan County Visitors Association, Mary Sue Sweeney Price, Wayne Memorial Hospital, Sigrid Wilshinsky, and Barbara Yeaman.
