Local Stormwater Funding: House Bill 913 (Everett-R-Lycoming) authorizing the Town of Bloomsburg to assess stormwater management fees (sponsor summary), House Bill 914 (Everett-R-Lycoming) authorizing Boroughs, First Class Townships and Third Class Cities to assess stormwater management fees (sponsor summary), House Bill 915 (Everett-R-Lycoming) further providing for stormwater management plans and facilities in First Class Townships, House Bill 916 (Everett-R-Lycoming) further providing for stormwater management plans and facilities in cities.

Local Energy Project Funding: House Bill 996 (Galloway-D-Bucks) authorizing municipalities and authorities to fund clean energy, energy efficiency projects through a Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) Program (sponsor summary). (This is the companion to Senate Bill 234 (Blake-D-Lackawanna) in the Senate.)
