Agriculture: Grants For Succession/Transition Planning Available To Farmers

The Department of Agriculture reminds farmers it is still accepting applications for succession and transition planning under the Agricultural Land Conservation Assistance Grant Program.  (formal notice)

Grants of up to $3,000 are available to the owners of land subject to agricultural conservation easements for the purpose of succession planning to ensure that agricultural operations continue on these lands.
