The PA Parks and Forests Foundation is holding a happy hour at Café Fresco, 215 North Second Street in Harrisburg on July 13 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Admission is by donation.
The evening will include special appetizers, an outdoor themed drink and celebrity bartenders including Scott LaMar, host of WITF’s Smart Talk; Mike Walsh, DCNR Deputy Secretary; Brad Jones, President and CEO of Harristown; and PPFF’s own Marci Mowery.
"We are proud to support an organization that preserves and protects our state's beautiful resources," said Brian Fertenbaugh, owner of Café Fresco. "We look forward to a successful event."
“We are excited to partner with Café Fresco for the evening,” said Marci Mowery, President of the Pennsylvania Parks and Forests Foundation. “It will be a great time for people to learn more about the work of PPFF while enjoying a popular local venue.”
PPFF partnered with Café Fresco to help raise funds to support the work of conserving our state parks and forests.
