The following bills were given final approval by the Senate and House and are now on the Governor's desk for action-- General Fund Budget: House Bill 218 (Saylor-R-York) the compromise, bipartisan FY-2017-18 General Fund budget agreed to by the Senate, House and Gov. He has never signed a General Fund budget bill since he became Governor. The bill became law as Act 1A. Roll Back Stream Protections From Mining: Senate Bill 624 (Scarnati-R-Jefferson) retroactively rolling back protections for streams from deep coal mining.
