The  Susquehanna River Basin Commission will hold a hearing August 3 on water withdrawal requests scheduled for action at the September 7 meeting.  (formal notice and list of projects)

The Commission will hear testimony on a request for a waiver by Middletown Borough, Dauphin County, as well as a proposed guidance developed by Commission staff for an alternatives analysis for select projects.

The deadline for public comments on these projects is August 14.

The meeting will be held in the PA State Capitol, Room 8E-B East Wing, Harrisburg from  2:30 to 5:00 p.m.
