West Nile Virus Program Announces Positive Mosquito Results In 2 New Counties

The Department of Environmental Protection Friday announced positive mosquito results for West Nile Virus have been found in Columbia Borough, East Hempfield, Elizabethtown, Lancaster Townships, Lancaster County and Buffalo Township, Union County. Other positive mosquito results have been found in these other counties this season-- Adams, Allegheny, Beaver, Berks, Blair, Bucks, Cambria, Carbon, Centre, Chester, Columbia, Cumberland, Dauphin, Delaware, Erie, Franklin, Greene, Lackawanna, Lawrence, Lebanon, Lehigh, Lycoming, Luzerne, Manchester, Monroe, Montgomery, Northampton, Philadelphia, Schuylkill, Westmoreland and York.
