Help Wanted: Chesapeake Bay Foundation-PA Seeks Staff Attorney

The Chesapeake Bay Foundation-PA is seeking qualified candidates for a Staff Attorney position based at its office in Harrisburg.  The deadline for applications is August 25.

The Staff Attorney serves as main legal advisor and coordinates legislative affairs on all aspects of State Office policy and advocacy programs, assists State Office Executive Director with the formulation and implementation of positions on environmental legislation and regulations.

Advocates CBF positions to legislators, agencies, business/community, decision makers, and the public. Coordinates State Office legal issues, including litigation, liability, contracting, and lobbying.

Provides legal advice for the development of goals and objectives for PA office on state, regional, and national issues.
