The Department of Environmental Protection has invited public comments on proposed Total Maximum Daily Load Plans (TMDLs) for three Indiana County watersheds.  The watersheds are: Ferrier Run, Penn Run and Tearing Run.

Comments are due May 15.

The proposed TMDLs are posted on DEP’s TMDL webpage or contact Tim Kania, 814-472-1900 or send email to: tkania@state.pa.us for more information.
