PA Solar For All: House Bill 1799 (Bullock-D-Philadelphia) would establish the PA Solar for All Program requiring electric utilities to develop pilot solar initiatives to enable low income customers (sponsor summary).

Suspending Delaware Watershed Drilling Moratorium: House Resolution 515 (Fritz-R- Susquehanna) urging the Delaware River Basin Commission to suspend its development of regulations instituting a moratorium on natural gas drilling in the watershed (sponsor summary).
